Nestled in the creative pulse of Old Street, London, Hilario is a barbershop that doesn't follow the usual rules. Our client wanted a look that captured the vibrant, trendy energy of the nearby Shoreditch neighbourhood while staying deeply personal. The result? A 360º brand identity inspired by the true boss of the shop: the founder’s dog.
From paw-prints to posters: A cohesive visual world
We believe that the best brands have a sense of humour and a lot of heart. Working hand-in-hand with Future Project for the interior design, we made sure the brand’s personality lived in every corner of the shop. This wasn’t just about a logo; it was about creating a distinctive brand identity that felt at home among the galleries and coffee shops of East London.
Impact
From renaming and brand strategy to interior design, signage and website, we created every touchpoint of Hilario from the ground up. Since the rebrand, the business, which was previously struggling, has achieved 20% year-on-year growth, establishing itself as one of East London's leading premium barber shops. Today, Hilario maintains a 5.0-star customer rating, demonstrating how a consistent brand experience can translate into lasting customer loyalty and commercial success.
